Shipping Policy



Orders placed before 10am will be shipped same business day. Jett Black ships out daily around Australia, including remote areas.  We understand that our customers are taking off on amazing adventures and need their delivery asap. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to ship your order within 24hrs of purchase or next business day.

Shipping to New Zealand and USA has a flat rate of $25 AUD on checkout. For orders to Canada, please email our team for shipping rates to your zip code before checking out. Unfortunately we are unable to ship out further overseas at the moment - but please stay tuned we are working on it!

Shipping Times

Orders placed before 10am will be shipped same business day. Please allow 1 – 5 business days for the delivery of your order, remote areas can take a little longer. We use our best efforts ship out within 24 hrs of your order or sooner. Orders are shipped direct from our Sydney warehouse. 

Expected Delivery Dates

The estimated delivery date is based on the shipping mode and location of the delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details upon purchase which will enable you to follow your delivery all the way to your address. Estimated shipping times are based on business days, they do not include weekends or public holidays. Rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by unforseen circumstances. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery timeframes that the freight company provides us. 


Insurance is available as part of our delivery service. This will enable your order to be protected by loss or damage for your piece of mind. Insurance requires an additional fee that can be added to your order and processed during the checkout phase.

Proof Of Delivery

Items delivery via courier service will require a signature as “proof of delivery”. It is important that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the delivery or it may be returned to your local depot or RTS. It is necessary that you ensure your order is delivered in good condition before you sign for the delivery and any damage will become your responsibility after the delivery is signed for.
