What is a TSA lock?

Travel with ultimate security and extra protection for your personal belongings.
The TSA system is officially recognised and trusted by international airports and security. In random checks TSA staff will have to open your baggage as part of the security screening process. If your bag is unlocked, then our officer will simply open and screen the baggage if any item alarms. However, if you decide to lock your checked baggage and TSA cannot open it through other means, then the locks may have to be cut. If you luggage was checked the general practice is to leave a notice in your suitcase informing you that your bag was inspected.

Luggage locks approved by the TSA have a universal master key that will open the locks. Only the TSA have a copy of this master key. Every TSA approved lock has an identifying mark that shows it may be opened by the master key. All Jett Black TSA locks feature the red TSA logo.
