Delivery Damage

Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect the claim process with the carrier.

We recommend using insured and trackable freight. Jett Black is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Large or palletised items must be returned using suitable freight services.
Refund Processing Time
Once returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
